Session 2 to 5 shall be delivered offline. Mode of monitoring and follow ups shall be through cellular phone, text, messenger, group chat, teleconferencing or any platform
available in the location of the participant.
Program Evaluation Link: Participants shall accomplish the daily online evaluation to help improve the program delivery. The link for the online evaluation

closing program.
Feedback Mechanism
Each participant shall receive a copy of the result of the online evaluation. The resource speakers/facilitator shall also receive a copy of the result of the online evaluation
through their registered DepEd email address.
Data Privacy Act: The DepEd Surigao del Sur Division through the Human Resource Development Section shall gather feedback regularly. The data to be collected are used
solely by the HRD and may be presented to stakeholders. It will be used for the improvement of HRD program management and operations. The data shall not be used nor
forwarded to other parties. Use of the data shall be governed by Republic Act 10172, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
