B. Documentation requirement:
1. Approved title block for the project shall be provided in all the sheets.
2. Revision number shall start from O and continue as A, B, C and so on.
3. Any revised documents shall be submitted with comments resolution sheet which shall
have stamp of both contractor & consultant and the revised portion shall be clouded with
the current revision.
4. The clear and legible scanned copy of previous commented drawings/document shall be
submitted as hard copy or CD while/before submitting the revised drawings/ document.
5. All documents shall have attestation by the consultant in each sheet.
6. When asked, proof of internal checks (self / discipline / QA) shall be produced by the
consultant.
7. Documents shall be prepared / reviewed by competent person ,with adequate design
experience, approved by MZEC for the specific project. The approved person shall be
available for discussion at MZEC office on short notice, if required.
8. Large number of correction marks will result in black points and hence documents shall be
submitted after thorough internal review.
9. The drawing/document number shall be as per the format below.
a. Tender no/Substation name in 3 to 4 letters/E/1XXX.
10. The responsibility for providing the documents complying all the MZEC policies and
practices, general engineering practices , safety features etc is solely with the contractor &
any delay due to repeated reviews shall be attributable to contractor.
11. The submission of any document shall fulfill the prerequisite condition as given in the table
shown above and other points as discussed above.
12. Duly approved deviation list for any deviation from tender specification must be attached
with first submission of drawings , if applicable.
13. With each submission the contractor shall attach a check list as follows.
Note: The serial number does not indicate the sequence of flow. The documents/ drawings which
are not linked with any other document/drawings can be submitted all in one go at the starting of
the project.
C. Checklist:
The below check list shall be submitted by selecting the appropriate status mentioned under
‘Remarks’ while submission of all design related drawings/document.
