WHO WE ARE

Retinue Business Process Solutions (Retinue) specializes in business process


outsourcing. It boasts a team of seasoned BPO experts and fire-tested work
ethics. Formed in January 206, it runs its own contact center and is often seen as a
benchmark in performance both by clients and partner contact centers. Retinue
continues to grow its network by building and bridging partnerships among
local contact centers and foreign clients.

OUR BUSINESS

The scope of our business is primarily in customer service and lead generation.
The backbone of our operations is medical insurance campaigns. Our clients also
include those in the hospitality and legal industries. More recently, we ventured
into providing outsourced HR and Recruitment for local businesses. Some of the

LOCATION

 Our office is located in Angeles City Pampanga; 5 minutes away from


Clark Freeport Zone
 Angeles City is the new business destination for both local and
international investors
 Many of the government BOT projects are in the area; national government
offices are now being transferred to Clark Freeport Zone
 Located in Clark Freeport Zone is Clark International Airport
 Retinue Business Process Solutions occupies the 3rd floor of a commercial
building along a major thoroughfare, with 24-hour security guard and
security cameras in place

ELECTRICITY

 In a year, there is an average of only 2 - 3 power outages. Power outages


do not last for more than two hours
 The building is equipped with a generator powerful enough to supply the
entire production floor with electricity

INTERNET

 Retinue has two internet providers.


o Converge ICT Solutions as main and PLDT as back up

o PLDT is rarely used, but it is just as efficient as Converge ICT
 Both internet connections run through fiber-optic cables
 Internet speed is currently at 50mbps and up

WORKSTATIONS

 Presently, Retinue’s computers have the following specs:

 Headsets are industry-standard, such as Plantronics and Jabra


 Retinue tries to maintain a paper-less workplace.
 The staff’s cellular phones are deposited at the manager’s office during
work hours
 Retinue employs a remote IT technician who can reach the office in 10
minutes if needed.

 Each agent is dedicated for one account/client
 Retinue rarely employs inexperienced staff, and offers competitive salary
and benefits package
 Filipino call center agents are flexible, and we seek those who have
remarkable track record from previous work
 Retinue has a very low attrition rate. Some of our staff have been with us
since our company’s inception.
 Our management staff also attend any and all trainings from clients to
ensure everybody is able to perform the work of our agents if needed.
