Introduction
This work was the result of a contextualization of the text previously read on the platform
and we also acquired more information from other sources and put into practice our basic
knowledge in the language.

 The results of market research are important in developing the overall


marketing mix for a given product. By identifying the specific needs of the
customer a company can adjust the characteristics, appearance, price and
distribution method for a target market segment.

It is the process of creating, collecting, comparing and analyzing key indicators that
measure the performance of the most important processes and functions within a
company.

Four phases are involved in a normal benchmarking process:

2. Business: it is an organization dedicated to activities economic or commercial
purposes.
3. Client: it is a person who buys products offered by an entity of goods and services
4. Designers: he is professional person who is dedicated to exclusive design.
5. Distribution: it is a set of activities that is carried out since the product is being
developed
6. Goods: it is an economic term that seeks to satisfy the needs of the public.
7. Jewelry: It is an establishment where garments are sold or manufactured.
8. Market: It is made up of all the potential buyers of a product.
9. Mixture: It is the variety of items offered by a Company
10. Packing: It is an element system that facilitates the elaboration, distribution and
commercialization of a product.
11. Perfumery: It is an establishment where cosmetic items are sold.
12. Price: It is the expression of the value of a product or service.
13. Product: It is a component produced or manufactured by a company or enterprise.
14. Promotion: It is the action of promoting products, goods or services
15. Services: It is a group of activities that seek to satisfy the needs of the client
16. Sales: It is the process by which products and services are transferred from seller
to buyer.
17. Strategy: it is a pattern that each Company has to achieve its desired achievements
18. Segment: It is a group of consumers who seek to carry out a differentiated strategy
to satisfy a need.
19. Technology: It is a tool that the administration needs to be able to fulfill the
functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling that serve to achieve
the objectives or goals of an organization.
20. Warehouses: It is a place that serves to save a large amount of products or
merchandise.

6. Write a ten lines text that summarizes the topic of the activity.

Marketing is the best form of techniques and studies to improve the


commercialization of our product, in market stalls the products are usually sold much
cheaper due to the fact that they do not exhibit a general marketing like the big ones.
Distribution companies of many products, which new technologies have led to the
improvement of each product for sale due to the appearance, characteristics and price
have led to large distributions
Conclusions
We have several new knowledge regarding Benchmarking and we are expanding our
vocabulary.
