जिल्हा दं डाधिकारी. तसेच अपर जिल्हा दं डाधिकारी ची निवड राज्य शासन करे ल व अधिकार विभागणी
करे ल. कार्यकारी दं डाधिकारी याच्यावर उप विभाग प्रभार शासन सोपवू शकेल व त्यास उपविभागीय
दं डाधिकारी संबोधले जाईल.

विशेष कार्यकारी दं डाधिकारी – शासनाद्वारे विशिष्ट क्षेत्र/कार्य/ मद
ु ती साठी निवड.

उच्च न्यायालय साठी - केंद्र शासन/राज्य शासन उच्च न्यायालय सल्ल्याने. जिल्हा साठी - केंद्र
शासन/राज्य शासन तसेच जिल्हादं डाधिकारी सत्र न्यायाधीश याच्या सल्ल्याने सरकारी अभियोक्ता
म्हणून नियुक्त होण्यास पात्र व्यक्तीची यादी तयार करे ल व राज्य शासन कडून नियुक्त.
25. Assistant Public Prosecutors.
सहाय्यक सरकारी अभियोक्ता – राज्य व केंद्र शासन द्वारे निवड. उपलब्ध नसेल तर निरीक्षक दर्जा
पोलिस, परतू आरोपपत्र दाखल करणार/अन्वेषण करणारा सोडून.

अभियोग संचालक – राज्य शासन एक संचालक व आवश्यक तेवढे उपसंचालक. पात्र – कमीत कमी १०
