2. Madala sa pagpapasyang mamumuhay nang may excellent spirit.
Si Daniel ay inilarawan sa Daniel 1-6 na driven by excellence, mula sa academics noong siya ay nag-aaral, hanggang sa
pagiging public servant, at bilang lingkod ng Diyos. Si Daniel ay may excellent spirit (Daniel 5:12, 6:3 ESV). Pinatunayan ng
Diyos ang kanyang katapatan sa Salita at pangako. Daniel was successful at umunlad ang buhay hanggang mamatay.
Pinagtagumpayan niya ang maraming laban ng faith na dahilan upang maparangalan ang Diyos na kanyang
pinaglilingkuran
WHAT IS AN EXCELLENT SPIRIT?

The word translated ‘spirit’ is the Hebrew equivalent for the word ‘mind’, an attitude. A person’s mind corresponds to his
way of thinking or his way of doing things. Therefore Daniel had an excellent way of thinking and an attitude of doing
things excellently. He was not concerned only with the results or with his achievements; he was concerned about how
things were done, right in the sight of God, always. Paano nagagawa na excellent ang mga ginagawa? May ka partner, may
kasamang gumagawa sa excellent spirit, ang Holy Spirit, led by Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14), the Holy Spirit testifies with our
spirit (Romans 8:16). Lahat ng nais gawin ng Holy Spirit ay excellent. Lahat ng nais gawin ni Daniel ay excellent.
An excellent spirit is not a habit, it is not a skill, it is not talent. It is an attitude, attitude of excellence. An excellent spirit
develops a character, a skill, a talent and life’s potential. It develops any work, school, job, bahay, ministry, cells or
consolidation. It develops any relationship: marriage, family, ministry, etc.
An excellent spirit is for those who believe in the Lord. It is an attitude of faith. The excellent spirit of Daniel comes from
a deep commitment to obey the word of the Lord. He loved the Lord more than his life.

1. His commitment to obey the Word of God at a young age, not to defile his faith, his life, and relationship with God
even risking his life. (Danie 1:8)

1. Settling to join the average
2. Driven by natural perfection
3. Lack of commitment to obey the Lord at all times.
4. Lack of denial of self during trying times
