Terms & Condition:

1) Quotation is valid for 21 days from the quoted date.


2) Your equipment will carry warranty for a period of 90 days for the repair carried out and the parts replaced from the
date of invoice.
3) Defective parts that have been replaced with working parts shall be returned to “InTarvo Technologies Ltd “.
4) Payment is 100% against delivery by cash /DD unless stipulated otherwise. The DD should be in favour of “InTarvo
Technologies Ltd “ payable at “InTarvo Technologies Ltd “
5) Authorization by way of P.O is required to process the case further.
6) If the quoted parts are not in stock, it will take 2 3 weeks to get those parts from the date of receipt of your written
approval.

ANNEXURE A

Extended Warranty Terms (Spare Parts Only);

A. HP Warranty for spare parts; HP warrants that the HP spare part/s supplied as replacement will substantial
conform to its specifications and is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The spare part
supplied or installed will have limited warranty for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement.
B. Delivery Date. Warranties for the HP spare parts begin on the date of supply, replacement or installation by HP or HP
authorized Support Partner.
C. Exclusions; HP is not obligated to provide warranty resulting from:
1. Improper use by the Customer;
2. Customer’s non-compliance with Specifications;
3. Improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration;
4. Customer or third-party media, software, interfacing, supplies, or other products;
5. Modifications not performed or authorized by HP;
6. Virus, infection, worm or similar malicious code not introduced by HP; or
7. Abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit, fire or water damage, electrical disturbances ,
transportation by Customer, or other causes beyond HP’s control.

D. Disclaimer. THE WARRANTIES AND ANY ASSOCIATED REMEDIES EXPRESSED OR REFERENCED IN THIS
DOCUMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE. NO OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY
HP OR MAY BE INFERRED FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED
BY LOCAL LAW HP DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
