TITLE OF ACTIVITY: SCHOOL MONITORING EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT


(SMEA) SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:
The activity aims to:
a. Conduct the School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment for this
school year,
b. Accounting the targets and accomplishments of the school year 2020 –
2021.
c. Checking and validating the targets and accomplishment.
d. Give technical assistance on some issues and gap of teachers on
certain KRAs.
e. Finalized and submit the accomplished SMEA.

DESIGN OF THE ACTIVITY: the conduct of the activity was done evaluate and validate
the targets and accomplishments of teachers through
MOVS of different KRAs.

NARRATIVE REPORT:
R.A. 9155 clearly defines shared governance as the management model in the
delivery of quality basic education. It specifies the functional areas to be shared by the
various level of management as well as their differentiated roles. The evolving roles of
the schools are consistent with the national educational policies, plans and standards.
Through this, the conduct of SMEA or the School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment
is mandated at all levels. This is to provide objective information that can inform decision-
making for continuously improving the organizational performance for the efficient and
effective fulfilment of the division amandate and the delivery of education services to
achieve the desires output and sustainability of Education outcomes.

The teachers of Anao National High School had a SMEA conference last January
20, 2021 and was spearheaded by the school head Dr. Raquel G. Bautista at exactly
9:00 in the morning.

Upon the conduct of the conduct of the conference, the school made sure that the
health and safety protocols set by the IATF was strictly observed. The program was
started with an opening prayer followed by the singing of the national anthem through a
multimedia presentation. Afterwhich, Mrs. Monette B. Garingo gave an opening remarks.
It was followed by a rollcall facilitated by Mr. Raymund S. Magaoay.

The School M & E Coordinator, Mrs. Liza D. Esteban, formally gave a walk through
on the Instructional Supervision particularly on the programs and activities such as DLL
Daily Checking, Coaching and Mentoring, Classroom Observation SLAC sessions. She
also presented on the Curriculum Development, Enrichment and Localization After which,
Dr. Zenaida C. Damaso precided for discussion of the Learning Outcome Assessment.
Dr. Raquel G. Bautista provided a report indicating that many teachers are conducting
their researches and that some of them have already addressed the problems indicatedin

their researches. She also reiterated that technical assistance are provided by Head
teachers during their post conference after classroom observation. The PSDS visits the
school to extend technical assistance to Head teachers as well as classroom teachers.
The meeting was ended by the committee agreeing to set another meeting for an
additional programs and activities reported by teachers.
