The Abang-Suizo Elementary School in Tacurong City, Philippines implemented a WINS (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Schools) Program from September 2020 to June 2021 with the following objectives: 1) To provide regular supply of safe drinking water and clean running water for handwashing and other hygiene purposes. 2) To ensure access to functional gender-segregated toilets with handwashing facilities. 3) To ensure proper practice of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste segregation.
