Tell me about your self?

I’m Rafael. I’m a fresh graduate this coming October 23, 2021 with the
degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Financial Management. I have a basic knowledge about communication
with customer service. And also, I have a sufficient knowledge and skill
in using computer.

Why do you want to work here?


I can see this as opportunity as way to practice my skills because having
studied the job description in detail, I believe the skills and the qualities
I posses a strong match for the role that you looking for.

Why should we hire you?


You should hire me because I’m a person with strong interpersonal
skills and I can deal with different kinds of people. And I believe this
company will help me to showcase my skills and talents for my personal
and career goals. I’m a very flexible, hardworking and I can give my
100% dedication to my work.

What are your strengths?


I believe one my strength is time management. There were always a
ton of deadlines in college so I learned how to prioritize my task.
Greatest weaknesses?
I’ll be honest, I’m not really comfortable speaking in front of crowd. But
I’m leaning to overcome that by always writing down what I need to say
and practicing it before I say it.

What can you do for us that other candidate can’t?


I have no idea what other candidate you’re considering might be able
to do, but let me tell you what I can do for you and why I think I have a
unique set of qualification that I hope would make me the best
candidate for the job………….
I am motivated, disciplined and focused and I’m willing to do whatever
it takes to get the work done.
I constantly set goals for my self and I persistently try to achieve them. I
think this skills will make me a very valuable asset to the company.

What can you bring to the company?


I’m a person with strong interpersonal skills and I can deal with
different kinds of people.
Also I am motivated, disciplined and focused and I’m willing to do
whatever it takes to get the work done.
What type of work environment do you prefare?
I prefer to work in an environment that encourage everyone to reach
their full potential, where everyone in the compony embraces change
positively, and were my ideas and suggestions are listened to and
considered.

What are your expectation to the company


I have always wanted to work with an organization which provides a
very comfortable and home like work environment. I would like to work
in the compony where I can get the opportunity to learn and enhance
my skill to became a better professional in the future.

What is your goal?


My goal is to get a job in a reputed company like yours and to be
successful in my career.
