develop better insights, approaches strategies for educational progress.
Truly, DepEd’s mission in times of pandemic continues! Nothing hampers our goals and
aspirations to provide for educational welfare despite the challenges of Pandemic.
We need to functionally promote a sole responsibility, act with determination, dedication, self-
discipline, and efforts to surpass this school years. Alone, reaching our goals would be
impossible, but together, we can make it happen.
For the attainment of school progress and the Department’s continues goal for this academic
year, we come up with our collaborative ideas to enact measures to improve the professional
skills of teachers and personnel in the Educational Institutions through;
-Teacher participants must be fully equipped with the competencies practicable to the schools
as it shifts to adopt blended learning to deliver quality instructions.
-Re orient with DepEd policies like alternative work arrangement, ethical norms and
responsibility.
-Familiarize and be grounded with the effective use of blended learning modalities particularly in
TV, Radio based Instructions, and other related virtual platforms.
-Introduce the relevance of Communication as basic approach in teaching and learning process
in Blended Learning.
-Introduces the best practices that may adoptable and effective realization of New Modality in
