I, JERAMEL LIANGCO Y
LUMAHANG, 25 years old,
single, student and a resident of
Purok- 11 Poblacion, Valencia
City, Bukidnon. After having
been duly sworn to in
accordance
with law do hereby deposed and
say;
That on or about 2230H of 06
September 2010 while we
stayed in “Balotan” at Plaza
Rizal along the Sayre
Highway when Mr. Geronda
slapped to the head portion
of Mr.
Casumpang without any reason
and words but unfortunately he
saw the strike of Mr. Geronda
and then protect himself
through his defense tactic and a
few second Mr. Geronda run
away to
the said placed. Then after
the incident, Mr. Casumpang
directly went to the Church.
As I
observed of Mr. Geronda, he
was Drunk since he came from
Bar Haus at the front of Plaza
Rizal.

AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
 I, JANET QUIAMBAO, 26 years old, single, resident of Putting Petals Street,
Rodson, Angeles City, Pampanga. After having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law do hereby depose and state:

1. That I was present and personally saw the accused, Cezer and Frollan,
committed the crime of murder against the victim Baby Mesina, Jocelyn
Mesina, Minda Punzalan , Mario Punzalan and Efren Villanueva.

2. Cezar and Froilan are bakers of Minda’s Bakery and staying at room upstairs.

3. That I was present and staying at Minda’s bakery located at Old Remedian
Barbeque Place, Angeles City where the crime was commited

4. That I was awakened around two (2) to three (3) o’clock by a banging sound
on the wall and then witnessed Cezar hitting Mario Punzalan on the head with
an object similar to a rolling pin while the latter is sleeping.

5. That I was also present and witnessed Cezar stabbing Minda with a knife and
Froilan Stabbing Efren Villanueva.

6. That I also witnessed Cezer and Froilan forcibly entered Janet’s room and
proceded stabbing Baby Mesina and Jocelyn Mesina.

7. That after Cezar and Froilan left, I went out of my hiding place and saw the
dead bodies of Baby Mesina, Jocelyn Mesina, Minda Punzalan, Mario
Punzalan and Efren Villanueva
