D. Participant’s Description The participants were the School Head, Department Heads,
teachers and non-teaching staff of Pinabacdao National High
School.
E. Activity Description The conduct of the activity was done to evaluate and validate
the targets and accomplishments of teachers through MOVs
of the different KRAs.
F. Objectives a. Conduct the 1st Quarter School Monitoring, Evaluation and
Adjustment (SMEA) of this calendar year.
b. Accounting the targets and accomplishments of teachers
for the 1st Quarter.
c. Checking and validating the targets and accomplishments.
d. Give technical assistance on some issues and gap of
teachers on certain KRAs.
