EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Theory of any subject is important but applying this knowledge in the real
situation is very important task for the mgmt. Prince Pipes and Fitting Pvt. Ltd.
was a great experience for me, which was very practical for me to understand a
big company and their working of the H.R Departments. Company is divided in
many branches.

The project entitled “A Study on Welfare activities and analysis of the


employees’ feedback”. Covers the following aspects. The initial stage
mentions the objective of the study which is to assess the welfare activities
feedback of employees within the organization. And take necessary steps to
improve the Welfare Facilities. The scope of the study is to suggest some
desirable action plan to improve the Welfare activities so that more employees
can be satisfied. So that all the employees can be retained for long time and the
employee’s turnover ratio is lower. The data is analysed in the form of theory
and doubts.

(PPFL) is an integrated piping solutions & multi polymer manufacturer


incorporated in 1987. It is India’s largest PVC pipes manufacturer engaged in
the manufacturing of polymer pipes and fittings through production of 4
different polymers - CPVC, UPVC, HDPE and PPR. It functions under two
brand names, Prince Piping Systems and Trubore, which it acquired in
