Rationale:
In this “new normal” learning must continue and teachers’ development must also continue.
The need for training in education particularly for teachers are important to improve the quality of education in
Philippines. Teachers are crucial in implementing educational reforms in accordance with the aspiration of the National
Philosophy of Education. The success of a school curriculum is closely related to its effective implementation.
Teachers have to be personally aware of the school curriculum, improve and enhance the necessary skills to interpret
the concept changes accurately and to implement the modified curriculum according to its requirements, aims and
objectives.

As such, the need for in-service training or staff development program for teachers plays an essential role in
successful education reform. In the recent situation wherein the LIMITED FACE TO FACE teaching-learning process is
allowed, the RPMS-IPCRF TARGET SETTTING through an IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS is a bridge to
fully embraced the NEW NORMAL Delivery of Education.

Based on the results of the Self-Assessment Tool, the Learning Delivery Needs Assessment and the Individual
Development Plan conducted to the teachers of Sinsin Elementary School it is evident that the need for the teachers
to understand fully the objectives in each Key Result Area by making the RPMS-IPCRF target setting for the teachers
to achieve a successful teaching learning process for the school year 2022-2023.

Objectives:
1. To identify objectives that need to be improved based on the Development Plan, LDNA and ESAT of the teachers
for S.Y. 2022 – 2023.
2. To coach and mentor teachers as to the targets set based on the RPMS – IPCRF for the school year 2022 – 2023.
3. To set a budget of objectives to be accomplished per quarter for S.Y. 2022 – 2023.
End of Program Outputs:
At the end of the IPCRF target setting, the teachers shall have:
*acquired knowledge on identifying developmental needs based on RPMS IPCRF
*developed awareness on what interventions to consider based on the developmental needs identified.
*IPCRF for S.Y. 2022 -2023
