Fraudulent Accusations Probate Petition

April 23, 2003: At the time of this incident, $15,000.00+ changed hands from the Estate to Rosh. In order to become Temp. Administrator of a new Will and Personal Representative in Superior Court accounting damages case this document was presented to Superior Court., Frank J. Lillig, III (full time job at Lockheed and Mail order Minister Everlasting Living Waters Church) was appointed as both May 5, 2003 from the following claims: 1) There were no other Wills, yet there was one on filed at the same Courthouse. 2) Stegeman being investigated by DA's Office for felony theft by taking and elder abuse (see DA's Office doc.) 3) Claims Stegeman and his brother are estranged from aunt (lie) the mentally incompetent aunt was taken, hidden from all family and within nine months had four falls in a home where she was kept, was in a coma five days, cremated and buried before family knew of the death. She was much loved and looked for until it was found that she had died.
