once the mast overcomes its center of gravity, when up righting mast.

*Be aware of multiple pinch points while tilting mast, not indicated by warning labels,
along the mast area.

*Only use lifting gear with sufficient capacity (for weight see industrial truck data
plate).

Shipping:

1. Using another
industrial truck, with
long forks and rated
at a capacity capable
of lifting the industrial
truck to be shipped,
insert forks under
industrial truck to be
shipped as shown.

2. Attach a chain rated

to the weight of the
industrial truck for
added safety,
between the mast
cross member of the
industrial truck being
moved and the mast
cross member of the
industrial truck
moving the tilted
reach truck.

Note:

Do not operate this

industrial truck while the
unit is tilted.
3. Raise the forks
enough to take the
weight off of the drive
tire of the industrial
truck to be shipped.

trucks in a manner so
as to position the
industrial truck to be
shipped onto bed of
trailer. A series of
three point turns may
be necessary to
adequately maneuver
the industrial trucks.

truck to the bed of the
trailer using transport
chains rated to the
weight of the
industrial truck.

Be sure to use
insulating material
(foam, cardboard,
etc.) at chain contact
points.

cargo strap of
adequate load
capacity, secure rear
of the industrial truck
at the mast top cross
member to the bed of
trailer, as shown.

cargo strap of
adequate load
capacity, secure front
of the industrial truck
across the mast
