Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Apply cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Alibaba Cloud) to constantly enhance CI/CD
pipelines
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines), develop tools to facilitate
work e.g., automated testing, performance monitoring, resiliency analysis.
• Deploy microservices & applications in a containerized environment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, coordinate with the development team to
streamline code deployment.
• Work closely with development team and QA to design, develop and conduct tests to ensure
system stability and security such as stress test and penetration test.
• Work closely with QA to support automated testing setup and operation.
• Work closely with developers to design, develop, and test integrations with third party
applications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the team’s DevOps tools, processes, procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps role

• Project Leading Experience is a plus
• Familiar with Git and has rich experience in CI/CD
• Familiar with modern DevOps infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
• Experience with popular cloud providers in Hong Kong and China markets, including AWS,
Alibaba Cloud, Azure, GCP
• AWS and Alibaba Cloud, certifications would be a plus.
• A strong understanding of cyber security and defensive programming techniques,
experienced in conducting threat analysis and security review for the design.
• Experience with large scale stress test
• Ability to set up automated deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge in infrastructure provisioning DevOps tools
• Experience in setting up back-end architecture for mobile applications.
• Exposure and sufficient level of understanding in older technologies to help with migration
projects, e.g., PHP, .NET, C#.
• Hands on experience in scripting tool e.g., Python
• Experienced with relational database and NoSQL e.g., MongoDB etc. with the ability of
database design and optimization.
• Familiar with Linux OS, ability to finish various crontab or batching task with CLI tool
independently.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
