MLSS Concluding Slides

The Duke Machine Learning Summer School concluded its 2022 session. Over the course of five days, 130 participants from 41 organizations were provided with foundational lectures and case studies on topics including image analysis, object detection, natural language processing, and generative models. Recordings of the sessions will be made available online for 30 days. Participants were also given access to coding notebooks and computational resources to support hands-on learning. Organizers requested feedback from attendees to help improve future hybrid virtual and in-person events. The summer school is part of an ongoing series at Duke aimed at disseminating machine learning knowledge.
