ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN ICT/LIS/EBEIS
I. INTRODUCTION

The creation of LIS/EBEIS Coordinators is a response by the SGOD
in establishing accurate and reliable registries of learners and schools
which will ensure availability of data and information needed for planning
and budgeting, allocation of resources and setting operational targets to
provide access to complete basic education. The success of this computer-
based DepEd platform is based on the reliable support of teachers
managing the LIS/BEIS system
II. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1. Prepares a strategic plan and communications relative to activities

on Enhanced Basic Education Information System and Learning
Information System (LIS) and submit to the School Head for
approval
2. Coordinates /supervises Class advisers on the complete/timely
enrolment of Learners in the annual gathering of statistical data for
the Beginning of the School Year (BOSY) and End of the School Year
(EOSY) LIS Online Encoding and other related activities.
3. Provides technical assistance to all School Class Advisers on the LIS
activities/concerns and other School Staff as may be necessary.
4. Coordinates with the Division Planning and Research Section Staff
on LIS matters and seeks assistance in order to facilitate prompt
completion of the LIS activity.
5. Informs/reports to the School Head on problems and the status of
completion of School LIS activity implementation.
6. Does other related works.

IV. PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS
In the second year of Modular Distance Learning, the school had

supported the online and remote enrollment both in early registration and
official enrollment. We have compelled on observing means in the
provision of learning opportunities to our learners by providing various
options for implementing a modified regular enrollment process that
adheres to the guidelines of DOH Health Protocol. These includes online
enrollment via google form for those learner who wish to enroll in our
school and have internet connection at home, and remote enrollment
which is divided into two: thru SMS messaging/phone call or drop box
located on every barangay hall and the school premises for learners who
wishes to enroll but do not have internet connection.
V. PROBLEMS MET
1. Late enrolment of learners who have moved out

2. Weak internet connectivity in the area/community
a. (school & home)
3. Conflict activities of overload ancillary services
4. Unfamiliarity with the system used among teachers in
LIS/BEIS.

VI. RECOMMENDATIONS
