A DBMS enables human resource departments to effectively and systematically store and
organize employee-related data. Information like employee profiles, personal particulars,
work history, performance histories, benefits, and more are included in this. All of this
information being in one location makes it simple to access, retrieve, and analyze it,
increasing HR efficiency as a whole.
Effective Data Retrieval: HR professionals can use a DBMS to rapidly access specific
employee data or produce reports based on numerous criteria. Compared to manually
searching through piles of paper papers or dispersed digital files, this saves time and
effort. The querying features of the DBMS make it simple for HR employees to filter and
retrieve pertinent data.
In this assignment, I would like to propose a database design and implement a human
resources management system by creating a relational database based on the provided
scenario and its business rules as well as a complete entity relationship diagram.
The main entities of the Human Resource Management System are employee,
