Visual Novel Submission Form

Dear Kocho creators,
Thank you for your interest in publishing visual novel projects on the Kocho app main
screen. To be able to add your project, we need to go through a quick evaluation to ensure
the quality and legal issues including copyrights assets in your project. Each project will be
checked manually and feedback will be sent to notify you what can be changed to best
benefit both our app users and the company.
Since we are still in the trial phase, the terms could change to adapt with different situations.
We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach us.
For now, we haven't been able to monetize shares with users yet due to some technical
problems. However, we are working our best with the goal of creating a platform that benefits
our VN creators.

information in your project.

● 16/9 ratio, 720px x 1080px

Step 3: Take a screenshot of you credit part
Make sure the following information have been filled:

● Background image source
● Character sprites source
● Background music source
● Sound effect source
● Writing, story composer
● Additional cgs source
Please make sure all of the assets used are free to use commercially to ensure no
copyrights issues.
Step 4: Send your document file to us

*** Please don’t just copy paste the info directly in the email, words and format will be lost if
you send that way**

Moderator will evaluate your project to see if any of your content is qualify as follow:
● Content does not content the following:
○ Pornographic Content, Glorification of Sexual Violence, Illegal Sex Acts.
○ Displaying or encourage of self-harm or suicide.
○ Extreme violence that can be harmful to our community
○ Promotes violence or hatred
○ Hate Groups/Extremist Content
○ Spam and advertising
● The project is 60% to 100% completed.

● The project should be original (aka drawn and made by Kocho creators).Fangame
using copyright images is not allowed yet in the platform to avoid legal issues.
● No copyright violation.
● All sources was mentioned in the Credit
● All of the information about the project was successfully entered and submitted.
After being reviewed and evaluated, we will send you an email to confirm your submission
and feedback.

Content Guidelines
Abusive or Hateful Content
● Malicious or abusive content or comment toward creators or other users.

● Revealing an individual’s personal information (e.g. real name, contact information,
address, social security numbers etc.).

● Illegal sex acts including, but not limited to, bestiality or necrophilia, or incest.
● Any sexual content between characters must abide by the age of consent (16 years
old) of the United States law.
Violent or Graphic Content
● Brutal, extreme, extended, graphic acts of violence. Terrorist activity.

● Depiction of sadism, or glorification/promotion of inflicting harm on others
● Glorification or promotion of self-harm
