Up to what extent is fiction a useful way to acquire knowledge? Fiction is a useful way to acquire knowledge as it provides insights into emotions, cultural contexts, moral dilemmas and fosters empathy and perspective. It offers unique benefits that complement non-fictional sources in developing a well-rounded understanding of the world. 6. Does humor aid or hinder our understanding of complex topics? Humor can aid our understanding of complex topics by engaging and simplifying concepts, easier to retain, and creates emotional connection.
