Analytics Internship

Finquotient is a FinTech Start-up currently operating in stealth mode. We are incubated at Delhi
Technological University’s Incubator (DTU-IIF). We are working on building next-gen FinTech SaaS
products for the Indian Markets. We are looking to hire a Analytics Intern for a period of 3-6 months.

+ Internship Overview
As an analytics intern at FinQuotient, you will have the opportunity to support our research and
technology teams build next-gen FinTech SaaS products. Your analytical skills will serve as the backbone
for the development of the various products of the company.

As the intern you will play a crucial role to ensure that the data being collected is of the highest quality,
accurate with the latest information, and relevant to the products we are developing.

+ Essential Job Functions

Collaborate with the technology team to ensure data is processed, stored, and visualised correctly.
Conduct thorough research and identify best possible sources of data.
Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement algorithms and equations for
quantitative analysis.
Develop methodologies for qualitative data collection and analysis.
Assist and Collaborate to organise and maintain research files and databases.
Contribute during team reviews by providing constructive feedback to ensure optimum efficiency.

+ Education and Experience

Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in the field of Business (BBA/MBA) or
Economics (BA/MA). Other academic backgrounds might be considered on a individual basis.
Proficient in using Word Processing, Spreadsheet and Presentation applications.
Comfortable with conducting primary and secondary research using web-based and physical
sources.
Familiarity with analytical tools like SPSS, Power BI, and Tableau is desired.

+ Compensation and Benefits

Stipend between ₹5000-7000/ month, based on experience and performance.
Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the internship period.
Possibility to convert to a full time position with an expected salary of ₹8-10LPA.

Keeping up with industry trends and best practices is encouraged.
