The respondents of this study were all Araling Panlipunan teachers of the
three big well performing national high schools in Davao City. These teachers
they were exposed and experienced school-based learning action cell in their

The research tool that was used in this study was the modified, adapted
LAC session monitoring tool of Cluster 1, Division of Davao City which was
validated by three validators and piloted in Davao City National High School, and
