Please note that by filling in these forms and signing them you are making a legal declaration. If it
is found that any information is false or incorrect, the SAQCC (Fire) will apply such legal action as it
deems necessary. The forms should be emailed with all supporting documentation to the above
address. Failure to fulfil the above criteria will result in your application being rejected.
PAYMENT
An invoice will only be forwarded once all the above has been
received. Proof of payment for this invoice must be submitted in
order for the application to be processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The SAQCC (Fire) registers the individual technician and not the company he is
working for, therefore each application form must be completed in full and
submitted together with the above documentation. SHOULD DOCUMENTS BE
MISSING OR NOT COMPLETED CORRECTLY, THIS WILL LEAD TO A DELAY IN
COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION.

A Check List to confirm that the SAQCC Fire Trainee has successfully completed a 6 months
period of practical training under the direct supervision of an SAQCC Fire registered fire
extinguisher serviceman IF registered as a trainee prior to 1st October 2022 *. Any person
registered after this date must submit their Statement of Results following their External
Integrated Summative Assessment.
*If this cannot be completed, then an external integrated summative assessment (EISA) to be carried out
and statement of results (SOR) provided
