ARO is a B2B microservices architecture-based reconciliation ecosystem of web and backend application
services, primarily for Fintech and supply chain domain.
It consists of 52 different microservices, majorly it’s a reconciliation and smart breaks system capable of
process millions of records in various set of combination of sources and files within small amount of time.
ARO is also AI configured for breaks prediction.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticketing tool is Web-Based automation tool for the error resolution of customers. Tool is built for the
syncing Tata sky’s Scms and Backstage System.
Ticketing tool is used by Tata sky’s executives, who got complaints from customer for unavailability of
channel, package or set top box errors.
Executive inputs the Error Types on behalf of customer complaint and subscriber id of STB box, the tool
automates the process of package and channel Encrypted ids validation and executes the command in
backstage server using backstage API’s for query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Centre is a web based organization’s core product for management of lead generation.
The product is integrated with inhouse products, linkedin and facebook scrapper and ECM Email
Campaign manager for email validation of leads.
Third party Api’s Integration PIPL for lead authenticity,GoogleTranslate Api for multi language support
and SonicView ApI for Call Recordings and for Testing purpose of Call Quality on shortel devices.
