Dear Sir/Madam,

LETTER OF AUTHORISATION TO DISBURSE/TRANSFER PAYMENT TO NOMINATED THIRD PARTY’S


BANK ACCOUNT

I refer to the above matter.

2. I, KHOO KAY ONG (NRIC no.: 510412075421), would like to sell the vehicle (“Vehicle”) listed in Appendix 1 of
this letter (“List of Vehicle(s)”) to CARSOME SDN BHD (Co. reg. no.: 1101954-M)(“Carsome”).

3. In the event any of the Vehicle listed in the List of Vehicle(s) is being purchased by Carsome (“Transaction”), I hereby
instruct Carsome to transfer any proceeds from the Transaction, after deducting all the relevant costs and expenses
(“Proceeds”) to the nominated beneficiary indicated below (“Nominated Beneficiary”), either by cheque, online banking
transfer or any mode of transfer deemed fit by Carsome (“Third Party Transfer”):

4. I confirm that I have the required authority to instruct the Third Party Transfer in Paragraph 3 of this letter
(“Instruction”) and the Instruction shall replace and supersede (a) the payment term in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (to
the extent of inconsistency) and/or (b) any prior instruction given to Carsome in relation to the vehicle listed in the List of
Vehicle(s).

5. I understand the arrangement and the veracity of the details listed in Paragraph 3 of this letter and agree that Carsome
shall proceed with the Third Party Transfer, subject to the fulfilment of all the conditions precedent to complete the
Transaction in the contract between the parties (“Sale and Purchase Agreement”) and to the extent permitted by law.

6. I agree that Carsome has the absolute right to terminate my Instruction without any liability by providing me a prior
notice.

7. In consideration of Carsome effecting the Third Party Transfer, I shall:

(a) deliver the possession of the vehicle (and all the required documents) under the Transaction to Carsome
according to the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement; and
(b) undertake to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Carsome from and against any claim, action, liability, loss,
damage, liabilities (whether criminal or civil), cost and expenses, including, without limitation, legal fees that Carsome may
suffer, or howsoever incur, arising from or in connection with my Instruction and/or the Third Party Transfer.

8. I agree that Carsome may assign, transfer, novate and can otherwise deal in any manner with all or any part of its
rights, remedies, power, duties and obligations in relation to the Instruction to any person without my consent. The
Instruction shall be binding upon and enure for the benefit of Carsome and my successors in title.

9. The Instruction shall be in effect from the date Carsome acknowledged and accepted the terms of this letter and it shall
remain in effect until (i) Carsome receives a written notice from me to terminate the Instruction (subject to the effective date
of such termination in the said written notice, if any) or (ii) the effective date of the termination of my Instruction by
Carsome, whichever occurs earlier.
