Manual Guide

Note:
1. The printer shall be installed in a flat and stable place.
2. The printer should be far away from water source and avoid direct sunlight, strong
light and heat source.
3. Do not use and keep the printer in places with high temperature, high humidity and
serious pollution.
4. If you didn’t use the printer for a long period of time, please disconnect and turn off
the printer.
5. In order to ensure the quality of printing, it’s recommended to use better quality
paper.
Printer Part
Setup
1. Place the printer on a flat, secure surface.
2. Make sure the power switch is off.
3. Connect the printer to the computer with the USB cable & Power Cable
4. Open the printer’s cover by holding both side of the lever which located on both side
of the printer.
5. Place the thermal paper in the printer on top of the roller (sticker side face up / one
can tear out one face up)
6. Adjust the label guides so that the alignment will be correct
7. Close the printer slowly and make sure is closed well

1. Installation
1.1 Window 7, 8, 10, 11– Pc/Laptop
a) Open the JP-CC430 Driver and install

b) Open File – Security Warning - Do you want to run this file - “Run”
c) Select “I accept the terms in the license agreement”, and click “Next”

d) Click “Next” as well

e) (Tick) Run Driver Wizard + Read Installation Instruction

f) Extracting Files
g) Close Google Chrome Pop-up

h) Open Driver Wizard – Click “Yes”

i) Seagull Driver Wizard – Install printer drivers – Click “Next”

j) Connect Printer – Select “Others” – Click “Next”

k) Specify Printer Model – Choose “Gprinter GP-1324D” – Click “Next”

l) Choose “USB001/USB002/USB003” – Click “Next”

m) Change Printer Name To “JP-CC430” – Use as default printer – Do not share this
printer – Click “Next”

n) Press “Finish”
o) Press “Close”
 1.1.1 Printer Setting
1) Click “Start” and search “Printers & Scanners”

2) Next, click “Printers & Scanners” and then click “Open”

3) Then, Find JP -- CC430 and click “Open Queue”

4) Select printer – printing preference – click “New”

5) Then Name it “AWB” - Width change to 3.90 inch (100mm) and Height change to 5.80
inch (150mm) then press “OK”

6) Click “Graphics” – Select “None” – Select “Color Adjustment”

7) Once inside color adjustment – Brightness set it to “-40” – press “OK”

8) Then go to option “Untick Use Current Printer Settings” and set Darkness to “15” once
set press “Apply – OK”
9) Select printer – Properties – Port (Check whether is there any other devices under
USB001 or not, if got need to remove that device, if don’t have can go back to general)
10) Once go back to general already can “Print Test Page” and here you go can print you
AWB already
 1.1.2 Printing
1) Download the AWB that you want to print as A6 format PDF and press “Print”
2) Few things need to take note during print time
a) Printer
b) Number of copies
c) Pages to print
d) Size – Fit to Scale/Fit to Printable Area
3) Once all correct press print
1.2 Mac OS
a) Open the Mac Driver

b) Press “OK”
c) Go to System Preferences

d) Select “Security & Privacy”

e) Click “Open Anyway”

f) Press “Open”
g) Click “Continue

h) Press “Continue” again

i) Select “Install Driver” – “Continue”

j) Press “Install”
k) Wait for installation process

l) Once finish install, press “Close

m) Open “System Preferences”

n) Click “Printers & Scannners”

o) Select “+”

p) At here you can see USB001 JP-CC420/430BT – Click on the printer, select the
arrow
q) Choose “Select Software”

r) Choose “CX418, 1.2.1” – Press “OK”

s) Choose the printer – Press “Add”

t) Wait for the printer to set up

u) Once printer is set up, you can start printing
Few things to take not during printing
- Remember to choose paper size 100w/150h
- Scale – Select “Fit to printable area”
1.3 Android
1. Open Shopee Apps. Login to Shopee account. Go to My Shop.

2. Click on “Me” icon at the right-bottom of the screen.

3. Click on “Seller Assistant”.

4. Under “Seller Assistant”, choose “Seller Centre”.

5. Now click “Go to Seller Centre” button.

6. The apps will re-direct you to a new page.

7. Under My Orders, select the products to be shipped and click on Print Waybill.
8. Select the product from the Order list, and click “Print Waybill”.

9. The site will re-direct you to a new page. Click on “Print the Document” button.

10. Open with your desired PDF reader apps from your phone
11. Waybill has been downloaded successfully and you may start the printout.
12. Launch the Print Label apps.
(Note: Please ensure that “Print Label” apps is already installed on your device. This
app can be downloadable from Google Play Store. )

13. The apps will load as per below screen display.

14. Print Label apps will ask for permission for the following features. Choose “While
using the App” and “Allow” button.
15. Here’s a preview on how does the apps looks like.

16. Click on 3-Lines icon at Top-left, and select NEW LABEL.

17. Set the Width = 100 and Height = 150. Set the Label name as “pdf”.
18. The displayed label has been changed as per below.

19. Click on 3-Lines icon at Top-left, and select Print PDF.

20. Choose “Print Label” app.

21. Click on “Allow access to manage all files”.

22. Open the Waybill PDF file.

23. Click on the Print button.

24. Under Print Option, choose Connection status.

25. Search for the Bluetooth device and pair it.

26. A message will prompt as “Connect success”.

27. Click on the Print button. It will shows the connected device. Press OK to proceed
with the printing.
1.4 IOS
1. Open Shopee Apps. Login to Shopee account. Go to My Shop.

2. Click on “Me” icon at the right-bottom of the screen.

3. Click on “Seller Assistant”.

4. Under “Seller Assistant”, choose “Seller Centre”.

5. Now click “Go to Seller Centre” button.

6. The apps will re-direct you to a new page.
7. Click My Orders.

8. Select the product from the Order list, and click “Print Waybill”.

9. A pop-up window will appear. Click “Allow”.

10. The site will re-direct you to a new page. Click on “Print the Document” button.

11. Waybill has been generated successfully.

12. Swipe up from the bottom screen, and click on Print button.
13. Zoom the below PDF image.
14. Click on Save icon
15. Click on “More” button.

16. Select “Print Label” apps.

17. Check the Printer Settings.
- Print Density “8”
- Print Speed “8”
- Paper Type “Gap”
- Order Type “TSPL”
18. Click Home Button and Click Print Icon
19. Check Printer Connected Currently
20. Click “+”
21. Press “PDF”
22. Select the PDF File you want to print
23. Select “Model 2”, Press “Print”
 1.5 Using QR Code

2. Easy Parcel Method
a) Login to EasyParcel Account, then click “Account” and select “AWB Format”.
b) Select the courier service and change the AWB format to “Sticker (4 inch x 6 inch)”.
c) Finally, you can download the Waybill and print via the printing app.
