PROJECT PROPOSAL
In connection with this, Milaor National High School Senior High School
Department will conduct its LAC Session to disseminate/discuss/observe the
demonstration teachers from Teacher I-teacher III & MT’s by using prescribed
RPMS tool for TI-TIII & MT I-IV for school year 2024-2025. Having this activity,
the school will ensure that teachers will be able to come up with a collaborative
peer sharing ideas to formulate different teaching techniques that will address
schools identified learning gaps.
Outcomes,
a. four (4) classroom observation (CO’s) for S/Y 2024-2025 per teacher.
Beneficiaries
b. participants will be able to create and submit portfolio Self-Assessment
And
Tool (SAT), Individual Development Plan (IDP), Individual Performance
Impact in
Commitment & Review Form (IPCRF) and Individual Performance Rating
Education:
(IPR) as basis for performance in this school year,
c. Awardee on Best Demonstration and Most Improved Teacher for T1-MTII
of the Year
Activities/ The LAC session will be conducted 2 times a month starting on First
Strategies / quarter August, 2024 – May, 2025. However, LAC session will be done after
Methodo- class hours and during Saturday if needed. It will be facilitated by the
logy: proponents and Technical Working Group. The LAC session will be conduct
through lecture from invited guest speaker and demonstration teaching. Oral
presentation will be undertaken in order to present information, updates and
knowledge about a particular topic. A discussion will be instituted as such will
cater an interactive, spontaneous communication between the lecturers and the
participants and an open forum will be followed so that the lecturers and the
participants can exchange ideas and information about specific issues in order
to reach an agreement.
Detailed Training expenses and financial requirement of the training will be charged to
MOOE/ Local School fund/solicitation fund

Term of Reference:
Convenes the LAC team meetings; Provides technical assistance in the
development of the LAC timetable of team meetings, and other activities;
Checks and monitors attendance of members and submission of
materials and sees to it that team meetings start and end on time, and
that agenda for the meeting are covered; Encourages active engagement and
participation of members; Serves as resource person on specific topics; Assigns a
documenter on rotation basis; Invites external resource persons when necessary;
Reports regularly to LAC leader on LAC progress; Prepares his/her session plan
that identifies the topic, objectives, materials needed, and outline of activities (at
the very least) and where necessary, consults the LAC Leader and members;
Ensures that the venue and equipment are available and prepares the necessary
learning materials such as reading materials, videos, presentations, etc., when
needed; Announces the LAC session including topic, time, venue, and other
matters that the group should know; and Runs and facilitates the session based
on the plan and ensures
that the agreed norms of behavior are observed and that the objectives
of the session are achieved.

certain topics when assigned such roles; Develops plans to apply what has been
learned and implements agreed action plan in one’s classroom; Monitors one’s
progress in relation to the LAC Plan; Prepares and submits documents or materials
as needed and brings materials relevant to the topic; Observes agreed norms of
behavior; Captures evidences of implementation;
Reflects on the implementation; Shares with colleagues in informal settings
Prepares to share in each LAC session; Allows LAC leader to observe how the
learning was applied; and Provides the LAC leader with evidences of application
of learning

processes in the LAC; and Gathers evidences of implementation (e.g., individual
plans, etc.).
