Learning Resources Accomplishment Report

S.Y. 2022-2023

INTRODUCTION

Learning resources are text, media, and other digital assets that are useful for
teaching, learning, and assessing as well as for research purposes. Educational
resources are used in a learning environment to help and assist with people's
development and learning. They're designed to reinforce learning and in some cases
allow people to put their knowledge to the test. The importance of learning resources
cannot be avoided in the field of education. It is through the help of these resources
it becomes possible for teachers and students to be provided with guidance and how
to approach a certain topic. Learning resources are considered to be sources of
knowledge for teachers and can be used by them to educate the students. It is
considered to be an essential part of continuing professional development and
providing support to students.

It refers to teaching and learning materials. To ensure that students are fully
engaged in their learning, teachers employ a variety of interesting and fascinating
tools to teach the ideas described in the curriculum. Such resources or materials can
help students turn learning experiences into reality to make learning more fun,
engaging, and interactive. These are tools used in educational activities, including
positive learning and assessment.

II. HIGHLIGHT OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

The following activities were successfully undertaken and had resulted great
impact on the curriculum implementation. Especially on the implementation of NLC
and the LRP KFELT of Kinder to Grade 3.

Learning Resource Management

Development: To manage the development of learning resource materials for


NLC and KFELT and LRP to grade 1 and 2.

Development of Remedial Worksheet and Learning Maps.


Learning intervention plan for the grade 1 to 3 was developed.

Evaluation: To evaluate the different resources on the LRP eight week curriculum
learning maps and assessment. And the learning resources for the grade 4 to 6.

 Conducted a workshop on how to implement the LRP eight week


curriculum .
 Reorganize the School availability of learning resources especially on the
ADM.

Evaluated several locally developed learning resources.

Printing and Distribution: To manage the equitable distribution of learning


resources in the schools division (including textbooks).

Created and shared google sheet/drive for the data gathering and
sharing system for all LRP shared CO.
Facilitated the delivery/distribution of the teacher-printed SLMs.

TA Provision: To monitor and provide TA to the two (2) grades in higher grades and
monitor the Learning Resources in Kinder to Grade 3.

Visited grade level and provided technical assistance to the teachers on


updating the SLM and Printing of LRP assessment to Kinder to Grade 3.

on their effectiveness and efficiency.
