What is Funngro ?

● Tasks cover different domains such as
web development, content writing, etc.
● We also offer opportunities to learn new
skills.

participate in projects and earn rewards.

● हमारे संगठन का उद्दे श्य 14 और उससे अधिक आयु वाले
नौजवानों को विभिन्न कार्यों के माध्यम से पैसे कमाने के अवसर
प्रदान करना है ।
● कार्य विभिन्न क्षेत्रों जैसे वेब विकास, सामग्री लेखन आदि को
कवर करते हैं।
● हम नए कौशल सीखने के अवसर भी प्रदान करते हैं।
● यहां योग्यता की कमी होने पर भी परियोजनाओं में भाग
लेकर परु स्कार कमाया जा सकता है ।
HOW IT WORKS ?
You have to just complete all the steps

written in project description correctly and
then submit a proof , it may be a
screenshot , pdf file or anything else .
Then wait for a specific period of time

written over there after project description
named “Review period” so that we can
verify and you will get your amount in your
funngro wallet.

Company Projects :
● English:
❖Our company projects are specialized tasks
within specific domains.
❖These projects connect teenlancers with
companies, offering them a chance to gain
valuable company experience.
❖Participating in these projects provides an
opportunity to earn money while working with
established companies.
❖Teenlancers can enhance their skills and build
their resumes through these projects.

❖हमारे कंपनी परियोजनाएँ विशिष्ट डोमेन के अंतर्गत विशेष
कार्य होते हैं।
❖ये परियोजनाएँ टीनलैंसर को कंपनियों से जोड़ते हैं, जिन्हें
कंपनी का अनभ ु व प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिलता है ।
❖इन परियोजनाओं में भाग लेने से पैसे कमाने का अवसर
मिलता है जबकि स्थापित कंपनियों के साथ काम करने का
भी मौका मिलता है ।
❖टीनलैंसर इन परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से अपने कौशलों को
बढ़ा सकते हैं और अपने रिज्यम ू े को निर्माण कर सकते हैं।
How to get company projects?
➔You can apply for them , it depends on company to

whom they selects .
➔For applying :
1. Open your funngro app .
2. On Home page , you will get to see an option
named “See all Projects” .(you can refer to the
video provided above)
3. Now click on “Company” , now click on the project
you wants to apply.
4. Now , read project description , time you will get to
do it and other factors provided there.
5. If you satisfied with all of them and if you can
perform that project and then apply for it .
6. For applying click on “Apply” written after project
description.
How to get selected ?
There are many factors on which this depends like :

● Your Groscore.
● Your Funngro profile.
● Sample you had submitted.
➢ How to increase your Groscore?

Complete as many projects as you can and submit them
with correct proof required.
★ Toffee project completion will give you 45 points and
company projects will give you 60 points if marked
completed after verification.
Open funngro mobile app daily for login bonus.
➢ How to make your funngro profile strong?

Submit Past work links of the domains you choose, in your
funngro profile.
Do as many projects as you can.
➢ Samples Submission :
You can submit samples after you applied for the company
projects .
Sample must be related to the domain you have applied for.
If it shows “limit exceeds” , it means many people have
applied so company will filter these applications first and if
company doesn’t select anyone you can submit sample so
check regularly.
This process is totally based on first come first serve basis.
Evaluation Project :
● To apply for company projects you have to firstly complete a

evaluation project first.
● Evaluation project is a kind of project from where funngro
evaluates or test you for a domain of your choice.
● How to do a Evaluation project
➔ Open funngro app in your device , now click on “See all
projects”.
➔ Now In header or at top side of your device you can see
evaluation written in right corner.
➔ Now select any of the projects available over there .

➔ Open it by clicking over it and read its project
description and start the project by clicking “Start” button
.( If you have any doubt ask you clan leader )
➔ Complete all steps written over there and submit the
project in the format written over there like
➔ You can submit project by clicking on “Submit”

button and upload the proof .
Note : It is not necessary to add remark all the time , if any link
is asked as proof then only add remark or if you want to tell
anything to verification team .
Toffee Project :
English:
● These projects serve as a means for teenlancers to earn income

while they await selection for company projects.
● They also provide an opportunity to earn money even if
teenlancers lack certain skills, allowing them time to improve.
● Teenlancers can utilize these projects to enhance their skills and
gain experience until they are selected for company projects.
Hindi:
● ये परियोजनाएँ कंपनी परियोजनाओं के चयन की प्रतीक्षा में टीनलैंसर को आय

कमाने का एक साधन के रूप में सेवा प्रदान करती हैं।
● ये उन्हें यहां तक कि कमी होने पर भी पैसे कमाने का अवसर प्रदान करती हैं,
जिससे उन्हें अपने कौशलों पर काम करने का समय मिलता है ।
● टीनलैंसर इन परियोजनाओं का उपयोग अपने कौशलों को सध ु ारने और अनभ ु व
प्राप्त करने के लिए कर सकते हैं, जब तक वे कंपनी परियोजनाओं के लिए
चयनित नहीं होते।

Toffee Project Process :
Start -> Read project description -> Understand all the steps ->
Complete all the steps -> take screenshot as asked in submission
criteria -> submit screenshot or pdf as asked in project -> wait until
funngro verify (verification or review period is mentioned over there ).
Few Important things :
● Check the link provided in project before project description is

working or not before you start , if not working ask you clan leader
about it.
● Submit correct proof as asked if you are not able to do please
concern with your clan leader .
● Few projects have sample proofs attached , please check them.
-> How to start a toffee project :

● Open your funngro app , click “See all projects” .
● Go to toffee project section , now click on the project you
want to do .
● Scroll down , and you will see
● Click on “Start “ button , now you can do project.
-> How to submit a project :
● After you start a project and complete all steps

and have the required screenshot or proof then
open the project description page again .
● Now scroll down and click “Submit Completion”.
● Now upload the proof by clicking on “Pick file”.

● Make sure you choose right file as asked.
● Now mark the checkbox about “You choose correct
file”.
● Click “Submit”.
-> If any project you submitted correctly wasn’t marked

before verification period over (case of delay) or after
correct submission and completion you get rework .
You have to tell to your clan leader in a format,

Your name
Name of project
Date of submission
Problem you are facing
Also attach proof with it .
