SPORTFEST PROPOSAL FOR SCHOOL

Event Name: Carmona National High School Sportfest 2024

Introduction

We are excited to present a proposal for organizing a comprehensive sports event at


our school. This event aims to foster teamwork, physical fitness, and school spirit among
students. By engaging in various sports, students will have the opportunity to showcase
their talents, learn the importance of sportsmanship, and build lasting memories.

Event Details

● Date: Monday -Saturday, October 26, 2024


● Location: Biñan Alonte Sports Arena
● Participants: Students from all grades, teachers, and staff
● Events: A variety of sports, including basketball, volleyball, badminton.

Objectives

● To promote physical health and wellness among students.


● To foster a sense of sportsmanship and fair play.
● To highlight the athletic talents within our student body.
● To strengthen the school community through shared experiences.

Event Schedule

8:00 AM - Opening Ceremony

● Welcome speech by the Principal


● Parade of athletes
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Badminton Single and Doubles Tournament

● Single play, 3 sets


● Doubles play, 3 sets
● Championship Point in Single & Doubles

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM - Lunch Break

1:00 PM - Team Sports

● Volleyball matches
● Basketball 5v5 tournament

5:00 PM - Award Ceremony

● Medal and trophy presentations


● Closing remarks by the Athletic Director

6:00 PM - Community BBQ

● Hosted on the school grounds for participants, families, and spectators

Funding and Sponsorship

We seek sponsorship from local businesses and school funds to cover the costs

Logistics and Preparations

● Venue Preparation: Ensure all sports facilities are in optimal condition.


● Equipment Check: Procure and check all necessary sports equipment.
● Registration Process: Open registration for all students wishing to participate.
● Volunteer Staff: Recruit teachers and senior students to help organize and
run the event.

● Safety Measures: Arrange for medical staff and first aid services throughout
the event.

Holding the stab in their attendees so they can eat in food stall

Marshall 3:

Guide the attendees at the entrance where the sports will be held.

Audience Seats

Marshall 4:

Assist the attendees in their seat so they can watch properly.

And also have 2 bodyguards for the Entrance/Exit.
