No.3, Ranjan Path, Gola Road, Near Gyan Niketan School, Danapur, Danapur, Patna, Bihar – 801503
and currently residing at same address given above, hereby solemnly affirm as under –

1. I have become a Distributor of Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd. (Qnet) of my own volition after fully
understanding the Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures and Guidelines laid down by Vihaan Direct
Selling India Pvt Ltd. (Qnet) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

2. I understand and acknowledge that the QNET Distributor is obliged to respect and carry out the above
guidelines when presenting the Company’s products, services and business opportunities.
In the event that, as the QNET Distributor, I do not adhere to the above, I agree and confirm that I will not
hold the Company or any of it’s Distributors or any of its affiliates responsible for any consequences
thereof and that I am solely responsible for the same.
Furthermore, I fully agree with the following:

3. I, Deepika Singh, have understood all the terms and conditions of becoming a Distributor of the
Company. I am transferring Rs. 3,72,250/-, in favour of the Company by way of an RTGS/NEFT Transfer;

5. I have understood that the aforementioned products are purchased by me solely for my personal use
and/or consumption, and are not for resale.

6. I understand and have been informed of the rules of purchase from the Company’s online store
at portal.qnetindia.net and I use the services of the Company of my own will. I have chosen the
Company product that suits me, personally paid for the order, and have received a payment purchase
receipt that has been generated online as proof of order and payment. I confirm and will abide by the
concerned rules.
7. I have understood that I am registering as a QNET Distributor on portal.qnetindia.net and for the said
purpose, I am submitting the following documents for registration, KYC and other related formalities (the
documents are attached to this mail below), namely;
a) Registration Details
b) Scanned Copy of PAN Card
c) Scanned Copy of Aadhar Card as my Valid Address Proof;
d) Duly signed Distributor Acknowledgement Letter;
e) Duly signed Distributor Application Form
f) Scanned Copy of the Cancelled Cheque of my Bank Account;
g) One Passport size recent Photograph on white background

8. I have understood that the QNET Distributor registration process is free of charge and I hereby confirm
that the amount paid by me is solely for the purpose of purchase of aforementioned products and not for
the purpose of registration.

9. I have understood that purchase of the aforementioned products does not guarantee that I will earn any
commission/income. The Company pays commission based on success in the marketing activities. I have
understood that in order to earn commissions as a QNET Distributor, I am required to refer QNET
Products and/or refer the QNET Business Opportunity (by way of creating distribution channels for
distribution of QNET Products and Services) to others in India and/or abroad.

10. I have understood the compensation plan and the business model of Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt
Ltd and I have no doubts about the same. I hereby willingly accept the same as a way of making
money/earning profits.

11. I have understood that my commission as an QNET Distributor depends on the business volume done
as per the compensation plan of the Company and is payable as per the rules about which I have no
grievance.

12. I have understood that the products purchased from the Company are subject to the Company’s Buy-
Back Policy which states that the customer or a Distributor who is not satisfied with the products or
services purchased from the Company can request a refund of products or services within 30 Days from
the date of Invoice of the product/s. I have agreed and understood that no refund requests will be
entertained after thirty (30) days from the date of invoice of the product/s by the Company. The refund will
be subject to the return of the physical product in an unused condition to the Company and will be after
withholding tax (Tax Deducted at Source), Sales Incentive utilised, and Other Taxes if applicable, in
accordance with its policies. Subject to such products or services being in an unused state, the
Company will refund the price paid by the customer or Distributor for such products or services upon the
return of the physical products to the Company. I have agreed and accepted that upon the receipt and
examination of the physical products, the final decision for a product refund rests with the Company.
Furthermore, I have agreed and accepted that in case of Combo-Products purchased, the refund must be
applied conforming to all products which are part of the combo-set. I have agreed and accepted that the
Company will not entertain a partial return of the product/s thereof. Subject to such returned combo
products being in an unused state, accordingly the Company will refund the amount in accordance with its
policies, paid by the Distributor.

13. I acknowledge and understand that QNET Distributors are not employees of the Company and all
expenses related to their marketing activities/promotions are solely incurred by the Distributors. I hereby
agree to the same and shall not claim any such expenses incurred by me for the marketing/promoting of
the QNET products and/or the QNET business.

14. I affirm that it is my Responsibility for paying taxes from in accordance with the current legislation of
my country on any income earned as a Distributor of the Company and I understand that the Company,
its affiliates, subsidiaries, its official agent, and/or its distributors are not responsible (legally or otherwise)
for my failure to pay taxes on my income.
15. I affirm that I shall not hold any other QNET Distributor or Referrer who has referred me in this
business, responsible in any manner for my failure or shortcomings.

16. I further affirm and reiterate that my Referrer has only referred the QNET business opportunity to me
and I have signed up as a QNET Distributor voluntarily after understanding the Business Model,
Compensation plan and the Policies and Procedures of the Company; as such I will not hold my Referrer
responsible or liable for my success or failure in the Business.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

TheCompany Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures and Professional Marketing Guidelines ens
ure fair businesspractices by regulating the relations and dealings between QNET
Distributors and their prospects and/or customers. When presenting the
Company’s products, services and business opportunities to a prospect or customer, I, Deepika
Singh, agree to, at all times, observe, adhere to and strictly comply with, the following:
a. Respect for and adherence to the laws of the country;
b. Provide accurate information about QNet’s compensation plan, products and services and
sales methods;
c. Be accurate in any comparisons about products, services or opportunities;
d. Refrain from any participation in any unlawful or unethical recruiting practices;
e. Properly describe the relationship between an Distributor and the
Company (Distributors are independent entrepreneursof their own businesses and are no
t employees of the Company);
f. Explain that
Commissions are a result of performance through ethical and successful marketing; and
g. Abide by the Company’s and convey that message to the prospects and/or customers.
I understand and acknowledge that the QNET Distributor is obliged to respect and carry out the
above guidelines when presenting the Company’s products, services and business opportunities. In
the event the QNET Distributor does not adhere to the above, I will not hold the Company or its
affiliates liable or responsible for any allegations of unethical practices or seek damages from the
Company.

Furthermore, I, Deepika Singh,

hereby confirm that I am a citizen of India, and that I fully agree with the following:
1. The products and business model of the
Company have been presented to me in full detail and all of my questionswere answere
d to my full satisfaction.
2. The person who introduced me to the
Company’s products and business model treated me fairly at all times.
3. I have enrolled and completed the online form as Distributor on the
Company’s official website and, in doing so, I havenot used any false or fictitious name.
All information provided by me are accurate and true.
4. I have read, understood and agreed with all the Policies and Procedures; I agree to co
mply with the Company’s Code of Ethics; and I accept and agree with the
Company‘ s Earnings and Income Disclaimer. All information mentioned inthis paragraph c
 an be found at portal.qnetindia.net.
5. In the event I receive any commission/income from my cooperation with the
company and/or its business, I confirm and agree that it is
my responsibility for paying taxes in accordance with the current legislation of my count
ry on income earned as a Distributor of the
Company and I understand that the Company or its affiliates or subsidiaries and/or its
officialagents and/or its distributors are not responsible (legally or otherwise) for my
failure to pay taxes from my income.

• That I am purchasing the above product(s) on my own free will for the product(s), benefits of
which I have read, been told and understood, in full details. I further confirm that this purchase is
not a financial burden to me. I am spending this amount as per my freewill and I am doing this
transaction without any coercion whatsoever.

• That I am clearly told that this business is related to Direct Selling Industry in association with
Vihaan Direct Selling India (P) Ltd and full business details including financial plan has been
discussed with me.

• That I understand that this is not a money guarantee plan and rewards are associated with the
efforts I put in towards creating sale transactions in the products and services of the Company. In
no circumstance my referrer or any other person shall be responsible for the loss, if any that
occurs during the course of business.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
