and finance from AKTU university. During my studies, I have learned SQL, Power-BI, MS
Excel, Statistical Analysis and developed a strong foundation in data/business analytics. As
a part of my coursework, I completed projects on ‘Sales dashboard, Credit Card Weekly, HR
Analytics and Sales forecasting. These experiences taught me how to approach problems
analytically and work effectively with data. While I may be a fresher, I am very detail-

spend extra time double-checking data, which can slow down my workflow. To improve, I’m
implementing structured processes for quality checks, helping me maintain accuracy while
also meeting deadlines more effectively.
3. Why are you the better candidate for this position? Why should we hire you?
Ans: - Sir, I am sure there are many great applicants who would add value to your company, and
I hope the best candidates join this institution. However, I'd like to share what I bring to the
table: strong problem-solving abilities, quick learning skills, and proficiency in Power BI, SQL,
and data and business analytics, all which stem from my educational background.
Ans: - One aspect not included in my CV is my passion for continuous learning. Recently, I
completed an online course in advanced data visualization, enhancing my skills in Power BI.
This commitment to learning helps me adapt quickly and contribute effectively, which I believe
will be valuable in this role.
Ans: - I handle stress by staying organized and prioritizing tasks. For instance, during a tight
deadline for a project, I broke the analysis into smaller tasks and set milestones. Regular
communication with my team ensured we were aligned. This approach allowed us to deliver the
analysis on time, which provided valuable insights into our business strategy.
Ans: - In five years, I see myself as a senior data and business analyst, taking on leadership
responsibilities where I can mentor others and drive strategic initiatives. I aim to leverage my
skills at Genpact to lead projects that enhance data-driven decision-making and improve
operational efficiencies. I’m excited about the opportunities for growth and innovation within
the company, which align with my career aspirations.
Ans: - As a fresher, my main priority is to gain valuable experience and contribute effectively to
the team. I'm aware that entry-level roles typically have a standard range, and I’m open to any
competitive offer aligned with the industry standard for freshers in this position. I’m excited to
start my career and am open to discussing any reasonable compensation.
Ans: - I am motivated by solving complex problems and making a tangible impact through data
analysis. For example, in my previous role, I developed a reporting system that improved data
accessibility, significantly enhancing decision-making. I’m excited about the opportunity at
Genpact to tackle meaningful challenges and contribute to innovative projects, which align
perfectly with my motivations.
Ans: - My ideal work environment is one that fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging
open communication and teamwork. I thrive in settings that support continuous learning and
development. I appreciate that Genpact values these qualities, making it an ideal place for me
to grow and contribute.
11. What makes you unique?
Ans: - What makes me unique is my blend of analytical skills and business acumen, along with
a passion for storytelling through data. I can analyze complex datasets and translate insights
into actionable strategies. For example, I developed a dashboard that visualized key
performance metrics, helping leadership make informed decisions quickly. This ability to bridge
data analysis and business strategy allows me to contribute meaningfully to the team's
objectives.
Ans: - My short-term career goal is to deepen my expertise as a data and business analyst by
working on diverse projects and enhancing my skills in advanced analytics and data
visualization. In the long term, I aspire to take on a leadership role where I can mentor others
and drive strategic initiatives. I believe that working at Genpact will provide me with the
opportunity to grow in both areas, as the company values innovation and professional
development.
