Answer :

1. The goal of communication is to convey information—and the understanding of

that information—from one person or group to another person or group.

2. Communication

A. Better communication skills

Clear and effective communication is the backbone of all successful business

interactions. You need to be able to clearly articulate your ideas and opinions,

as well as give instructions to ensure that there are no misunderstandings or

problems later down the road.


Also, having a higher level of English means that language barriers are less

likely to happen, making you a much more efficient and desirable candidate

to potential employers.

B. Increased Confidence

Being able to speak and understand English can boost an individual’s

confidence in social and professional settings.

3. The official languages of the United Nations are the six languages used in United

Nations (UN) meetings and in which the UN writes all its official documents

League of Nations selected English, French, and Spanish as official languages

with English and French being the working languages. English and French were

chosen due to the global reach of the British Empire and the French Empire.

Spanish was selected due to the large number of first-language speakers in Latin

America and the former Spanish Empire State. Few years later a couple Nation

join United Nations (UN) and their language was add into Internasional language.

4. A few things we can do to make a good rating/review for like be constructive:

Provide useful, detailed, and honest feedback. And to all reviews, both positive

and negative, replying to reviews results in better ratings. For negative reviews,

show that you care to learn what you can improve.

5. One's misspelling makes it you look like unreliable and more likely to assume that

they are either not careful enough to check what they communicate.

6. First we have to be calm and not panic, wait some time before continuing the

speech, it makes other people think that we are professional enough to handle

mistakes. and before continuing the speech said sorry and then continued.
7. We must replied every comment because there are many benefits from responding

to every comment. The benefit of responding to comments on business social

media is that it can reach more consumers. Having a good response to consumers

shows that your business looks professional and trustworthy. And being able to

improve your business reputation is one of the benefits you get if you frequently

respond to every comment. This is because a good response from you to

consumers can increase business credibility and increase consumer trust.

8. In my opinion, it is very necessary to reply to all comments, including fake

comments, it can show that we are quite professional in business. Replying to all

comments can increase reputation, gain trust from customer, and encourages more

customer to buy our product.
