@TraderDiegoX
WHY THIS CHALLENGE?

As traders we will experience many periods of stagnation where our performance

plateaus and we feel our skills are not improving. Whether what we’re doing is
working right now or not, the progress is not there and we know we need to do
something about it.

The best part about this period is that if we choose to overcome it, you won’t
regret trying.

Become Process Oriented

Stop focusing on the result, instead create processes. I’m sure you’ve heard it
before but paid no attention to it.

Goals are a destination, processes are the journey, and there’s a lot of advantages
in being process oriented.

Processes are pretty much like habits. They involve routine, automation,
consistency and improvement over time and they have the added benefit of
giving you a feeling of daily accomplishment.

How To Approach This Challenge:

1. Understand your current limitations and obstacles.

2. Choose very concise and specific goals.
3. Design daily processes and rules to achieve your goals.

Make processes and rules simple, easy to repeat and understand.

@TraderDiegoX
EXAMPLE

Goals:

1. Obtain the discipline to execute my plan every day.

2. Take my strategy from 50 to 65% Win rate

Processes and Rules:

For the next 30 days I will:

1. Perform my pre-market routine

2. Trade the Nasdaq from 8:30 to 11am.
a. Max 2 setups per day
b. Risk 1% per trade
3. Journal every setup after the session ends
4. Review your Journal during the weekend

Challenge Journal

In the last page I added a Challenge Journal, not the same as the trading journal.
I included it since it gives me a place to unload how the challenge is going or if I
have found that I should add or remove a rule or improve a process.

It just gives me a place for some thoughts which I found helpful when I went
through my first challenge. You can decide not to use it for simplicity but
whatever works for you is fine.
