b. Action Plan/R€-Bntry Action Plan |REAP) /Job mbedded Learning


(JEL) /Impact Project applying the leamings om the L and D
intervention done/attended, duly approved by the Cad of Office;

c. Accomplishment Report together with a General ertification that the


L & D intervention was used/adopted by the office at the local level;

d. AccompLishneDt Report together with a General cation that the


L & D intervention was used/adopted by a differe t office at the local
or higher level.

As per DepEd Memorandum No. 082 s. 2020 titled the Guiclelines on the ReBstration of Teachers
and School Leaders for NEAP-recognized Professional Development Programs an Courses, Teachers and
School Leaders are expected to fulfil I roles and responsibilities enumerate-d in the ionvIoftheguidelines
which includes preparation, submission ancl implementatlon of NEAP PDP Action Pl n or RaEntry Action Plan
(REAP) fol lowing the prescribed N EAP template.

TheFtEAPmayfocusonjobenbeddedlcamng(JEL)orcascading.TheJE is simply the applicatlon


ofyouracquiredleaminginyourworkplace.Forinstance,youlearnedaboutGoogl Sites during trie training
or course program. In application, you develop a Google Site for your Science su ect. On the other hand,
cascading is an echo or rollout Of your training to your colleagues in school, distri or division.
