Summary
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses must leverage AI to stay competitive. Our AI
Agent Implementation Approach is designed to help your business automate complex processes, drive
revenue, and improve efficiency through strategic AI adoption. This document outlines our approach, the
types of AI agents we implement, the benefits of AI adoption, and the step-by-step process we follow to
ensure successful implementation.

Key Highlights:
● Introduction to AI agents and their applications.
● The importance of adopting an agentic approach for complex business processes.
● Overview of different AI agent types and their specific roles.
● The risks of not adopting AI and how it can impact your business.
● Detailed implementation process with a focus on measurable outcomes.
● Our SLOPE framework for strategic AI adoption.

Introduction to AI Agents
AI agents are intelligent systems designed to automate tasks by understanding, reasoning, and executing
them with precision. These tasks can range from simple database operations to complex decision-making
processes involving multiple AI models. In simple terms, an AI agent is a systems which gets things done.
Capable of understanding the task, reasoning, finding the right tools to be used and executing the tasks. This
could be making API calls, using tools, conducting DB CRUD operations, and integrating various AI models
(LLMs, SLMs, Narrow AI, OR models) and human interventions when necessary. Agentic AI, also known as
autonomous AI, represents a fundamental shift in artificial intelligence, designed to autonomously
understand and manage complex workflows with minimal human intervention. Autonomous AI agents
function quite similarly to human employees. They can grasp nuanced contexts, set and pursue goals, reason
through tasks, and adapt their actions based on changing conditions.

Key Features of Agentic AI

● Autonomy: Agentic AI operates independently. Meaning, it can initiate and complete tasks
without continuous human oversight.
● Reasoning: It possesses advanced decision-making capabilities, enabling it to make contextual
judgments, set strategic actions, and even balance trade-offs.
● Adaptable Planning: It demonstrates flexibility in dynamic conditions, adjusting plans based on
the prevailing circumstances.
● Language Understanding: With an advanced ability to interpret natural language, these
systems can follow complex instructions precisely.
● Workflow Optimization: Agentic AI efficiently transitions between subtasks and applications,
ensuring processes are executed optimally to achieve the desired outcomes.

Difference Between Agentic and Traditional AI

Traditional AI systems are designed primarily to automate specific, repetitive tasks, enhancing speed and
efficiency within a confined scope. However, they fall short in handling complex workflows that require
holistic understanding and strategic judgment. Agentic AI, leveraging advancements such as large
language models (LLMs), scalable computing power, and vast datasets, offers a more dynamic and
flexible approach

When to Consider an Agentic Approach

An agentic approach is essential when your business processes involve complex decision-making,
adaptability, or dynamic user interactions. If your processes are highly deterministic, traditional
automation might suffice. However, when there’s a need for reasoning and flexibility, AI agents can
provide significant advantages.
If the underlying flow is highly deterministic i.e. fixed within few if, else notes then agentic approach isn’t
needed. However if there is some amount of reasoning and adoption of flow basis user needs to be done
then its better to take help of agents
For example if a company offers only 2 services or products then information and details around the same
canbesharedclearly andCTAscouldbemadeavailableforexampleVideoSaleslettersofdifferent
courses (example how mind valley creates webpages for different programs) in this case a single web
page with 1 CTA of pay is sufficient
However, for example to support customer where there could many directions of use cases that could
spin up then Agentic approach could be helpful

Types of AI Agents
We categorize AI agents into four key types, each designed to fulfill specific roles within your business
processes:
1. Orchestrator

● Role: Manages the overall system, including query analysis, task identification, tool selection, and
routing.
● Use Case: Large-scale operations requiring coordination across multiple processes and tools.

2. Small Agents

● Role: Handles focused tasks such as data retrieval and basic operations.
● Use Case : Single-function tasks like CRUD operations or simple data queries.

3. Mid Agents

● Role: Executes more complex tasks, such as interpreting natural language and performing data
analysis.
● Use Case: Reporting systems or generating actionable insights from data.

4. Large Agents

● Role: Specializes in specific domains, handling complex queries within that vertical.
● Use Case : Domain-specific operations, such as in-depth market analysis or financial forecasting.

Example explaining different types of agents

Let’s say you have created an agentic system for employees in an org which is into apparel + footwear.’

Here in this case the 1st query i.e. How are the sales for our new show Range is mid query as the system
needs to figure out the context of what’s the new shoe and come back with information around it using the
relevant tools

The next question which says I think it might be a good idea to create a T-shirt merchendize for this shoe
line what’s your view? - This is a complex query i.e. would need different tracks i.e. figuring out whether
this was done historically if so what was the outcome, then moving on to find possible designs, project
forecasts etc .
Most simple query would have been just asking for a given product ID what’s the total sale.

The Cost of Inaction: Why AI Adoption is Crucial

If you look at Sundar Pichai Google’s CEO said on Investing in AI - “The risk of under-investing is
dramatically greater than the risk of over-investing
(Reference -

I know you would say for Google which positions itself as AI company it is essential they invest in AI but
won’t every company become AI company in future?

Peter Diamandis one of the most influential entrepreneurs of our time says by 2030 there will be two
types of companies one which have adopted AI and others that are out of business.

So it’s a question of mid-long survival for most of the businesses.

What happens if you don’t adopt AI

Failing to adopt AI technology can significantly hinder your business. Here’s why:

1. Falling Behind the Efficiency Curve

● Impact: AI adoption can lead to a 20-30% reduction in operational costs and faster
decision-making.
● Analogy: Businesses that didn’t build websites in the 90s lost out on reaching wider
audiences—AI presents an even greater opportunity today.

2. Missing Out on Data-Driven Insights

● Impact: Companies using AI are three times more likely to improve decision-making.
● Analogy: Like the cloud revolution, AI offers unparalleled flexibility and insight extraction.

3. Losing the Edge in Customer Experience

● Impact: 64% of customers expect real-time interactions, which AI can deliver.
● Analogy: Businesses that didn’t adapt to mobile lost significant market share—AI is poised to
have a similar impact.

Implementing AI for Revenue Growth and Efficiency
