• Datalogging your Lexus is very helpful for us in diagnosing possible issues with your

which may result in non-optimal tuning results.


• Datalogging your car can save you significant time and hassle of visiting the dealership
to diagnose and repair simple problems.
• Connecting to your car with the “OBD Fusion” app allows you to see Lexus/Toyota
Specific parameters, rather than just generic OBD parameters.
• In order to datalog your car, you will need the following basic
things:
1. Smart phone
2. App called “OBD Fusion”: App is free in the app store,
but requires an in-app purchase to activate
Lexus/Toyota specific parameters.
3. Any wifi OBD device. We recommend the “Veepeak”
available on Amazon.

After downloading the OBD Fusion In the settings menu, select


App, select the settings menu: “Purchase Extras”

Purchase the module for the model year In the settings menu, select
Vehicle you have: “Log Setup”
Step 5 Connect To Car First

In the log setup menu, make the following selections


Select enabled
Select “trigger on PID frame”

or (Select Items to Log)


Select “Toyota, Lexus, Scion” Select Engine group
Select the Following PIDs:
1. A/F sensor Lambda B1 S1
2. A/F sensor Lambda B2 S1
3. Accelerator Position %
4. Engine Speed (RPM)
5. IGN Advance (deg)
6. Intake Air (C,F)
7. Knock Correction Learning Value
8. Knock Feedback Value
9. Long FT B1S1
10. Long FT B2S1
11. MAF
12. Throttle Sensor Positioning
Please note, if you do not find the Engine group or above PIDs, this means that either you did not connect to your
car or did not purchase the correct optional PID package. Try connecting again and purchasing the package OBD
Fusion suggests.

Datalogging Tips

• Connect to the Veepeak OBD wifi device by


selecting “OBD wifi” in your wifi phone settings menu.
• Open the OBD Fusion app and select “Connect” at the bottom of the Screen
• NOTE: Whenever the vehicle is connected, the app will be datalogging.
• Email us if you have specific questions on how to drive your car when datalogging.
• Minimize the size of the datalog file by only connecting prior to performing
the actual datalog.

How to Share your datalog with us:


• Once datalog is complete, select “disconnect” and go to the log
menu.
• Select the “Log” menu button
• Select the “files” button at the bottom of the screen
• Select the file you want to send us
• Click “share” in order to email the file to “tuning@rr-racing.com”
