IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:-

1. THERE WILL BE NO RETEST FOR ABSENTEES IN CBT 2025. NO SECOND CHANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ABSENTEES.
2. Candidates are advised to reach the CBT 2025 exam centre at 9.00 am (at least 1 hour before the exam starts), to avoid any unexpected
delays due to traffic jams, unexpected weather changes or any other reason.
3. Entry time for Candidates : Morning Shift : 9:15 am - 9:45 am. Gate closing time: 09.45 am
4. No candidate will be allowed entry inside the exam lab after the start of the CBT exam i.e. 10.00 am
5. After entering the exam centre school, the candidates must check the seating plan and move to their exam lab immediately.
6. Use of any unfair means during the CBT exam will lead to disqualification and cancellation of the exam.
7. To be eligible for taking the CBT exam, candidates are required to present the following documents to the invigilators at the exam centre for
identity verification:
* Admit Card along with print out of Application Form downloaded from the official website.
* One clear recent coloured Passport size photograph (to be pasted on the Attendance Sheet at the Centre).
* Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the Government – PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/
Passport/Aadhaar Card /E-Aadhaar etc. (with clear photograph).
8. No Candidate will be allowed entry in the CBT Examination Centre without the Admit Card, Application Form and Photo Identification Proof.
9. Receipt of this Admit Card for CBT does not constitute an offer for employment from DAV.
10. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any personal belongings or prohibited items including electronic/bluetooth devices, mobile phone,
smart watch, calculator, camera, pointed items, weapons, eatables etc. inside the examination hall. The centre will not be responsible for safe
keeping of candidate's personal belongings.
11. Candidates must enter the required details in the Attendance Sheet provided at the centre in legible handwriting, put their signature and
paste the Photograph.
12. No TA / DA is admissible. Furthermore, candidates should arrange for their transportation and plan their travel beforehand (especially in
case of a centre in another state).
13. In case, on the day of the exam, the internet services at the exam centre crash/become dysfunctional due to unforeseen/technical
reasons, the exam may get a little delayed or postponed. In such a case, the new day/date/time of the exam will be communicated to the
candidate vide mail.
