Subject: Request for Consideration of Passing Grade for MTH 302

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my academic record for the subject MTH
302. I am a final semester student in the B.Tech Information Technology program, and I
am currently facing a backlog in this subject.

As per my academic performance, I have achieved the minimum passing criteria of 30%
in the end-term examination. However, I understand that the overall passing criteria for
the subject is 40%, which I have not met.

I am aware that in similar circumstances, several students from my class have been
granted passing grades upon fulfilling the 30% end-term criteria. I believe my situation
aligns with these precedents, and I humbly request that my case be considered with
similar leniency.

placement through the university's placement cell. This opportunity is contingent upon

I have consistently maintained a good academic record throughout my time at Lovely
