What is position paper?
1. It presents the writer’s stand or
viewpoint on a particular issue,
(Barrot, 2016).
The writer:
- takes a side on a particular controversial topic,

defends his side by presenting supports in the form
of facts, statistics, and other evidence to
convince the reader to take his position, (Menoy,
2016).

restate your position and main arguments
suggest a course of action

end with a powerful closing statement such as quotation, a
challenge, or a question.

The local epidemics in Wuhan, China has evolved
into a pandemic in just two months and threaten to
affect 49, 623 people (as of March 26th, 2020 the world
population and which 22, 169 have died in around four
months
