UN-SDG The Sustainable Development Goals 2 (Zero Hunger) aim to remove
all kinds of hunger and malnutrition by 2030, providing that all
people, especially kids and most vulnerable, have year-round access to
sufficient and nutritious food. Therefore, we believe our product,
which we thought was the skinless Bangus, will serve to reduce
unhealthy people. We know that skinless bangus can be eaten because
of the texture, similar to longganisa, and that kids who do not eat fish
can eat because of the skinless Bangus' appearance. In this way, we
may contribute to the reduction of hunger in our country. Also, we all
know that meat is usually expensive, that's why we believe that
bangus skinless will be a healthier alternative to meat. People who
cannot afford to buy meat but desire a good and special product can
benefit from the bangus longanissa.

Statement of the Problem:
When the skinless bangus occurs, unhealthy
children who have not been tested yet this
kind of fish, and doesn't like the new idea of
the product, have problem.

Because of this, they feel weird and confused

about the product, then experience some flavor
that is unpleasant to the children, because it is
their first time eating skinless bangus.

Currently, we are use the casing of a skinless sausage but the

filling is bangus, which is very different from the traditional
skinless sausage with pork feeling that has sweetness to it,
despite the skinless bangus has some weird and unpleasant
flavor to it, it because it's a unique alternative for pork.
