1 微机自动准同期装置应安装独立的同期检定闭锁继电
器，同期闭锁继电器应同时具备压差、频差、角差检查
闭锁功能。对于新建或改造的同期装置，宜选择双通道
相互闭锁的同期装置。
1. The microcomputer automatic quasi synchronization
device should be equipped with an independent
synchronization verification locking relay, which should also
have the functions of voltage difference, frequency
difference, and angle difference check locking. For newly
built or renovated synchronization devices, it is advisable to
choose a dual channel interlocking synchronization device.
2 新投产、大修机组及同期回路（包括交流电压回路、直流控制
回路、整步表、自动准同期装置及同期把手等）发生改动或设备
更换的机组，在第一次并网前应进行以下工作：
2. Before the first grid connection, the following work should be
carried out for units that have undergone changes or equipment
replacement in the newly put into operation, overhauled units, and
synchronization circuits (including AC voltage circuits, DC control
circuits, step meters, automatic synchronization devices, and
synchronization handles):
（ 1 ）对装置及同期回路进行全面的校核、传动；
(1) Conduct comprehensive verification and transmission of the
device and synchronous circuit;
（ 2 ）利用发电机 - 变压器组升压或发电机 - 变压器组带空载母
线升压试验，校核同期电压检测二次回路的正确性，并对整步表
及同期检定继电器进行实际校核，对于不具备升压条件的，可利
用系统倒送电进行；
(2) Use generator transformer group boosting or generator
transformer group with no-load busbar boosting tests to
verify the correctness of the secondary circuit for
synchronous voltage detection, and conduct actual
verification of the whole step meter and synchronous
verification relay. For those without boosting conditions, the
system can be used for reverse power transmission;
（ 3 ）进行机组假同期试验，试验应包括自动准同期合闸试验、同
期（继电器）闭锁等内容。
(3) Conduct unit false synchronization test, which should include
automatic quasi synchronization closing test, synchronization (relay)
locking, and other contents.
（ 4 ）应制定完善的同源核相及假同期试验方案，具有多个并列点
的机组，每个并列点均需开展试验。当并列点包含多个系统侧同期
电压时，需对每个电压点进行实际的同源核相试验。
(4) A comprehensive plan for homologous nuclear phase and pseudo
synchronous testing should be developed. For units with multiple parallel
points, each parallel point needs to be tested. When the parallel point
contains multiple system side synchronous voltages, it is necessary to
conduct actual homologous phase testing on each voltage point.
3. 自动准同期装置不正常时不应强行手动准同期并网，自动准
同期合闸脉冲宜与同期闭锁继电器触点串联后出口。
3.When the automatic quasi synchronization device is abnormal,
manual quasi synchronization and grid connection should not be
forced. The automatic quasi synchronization closing pulse should be
connected in series with the synchronization locking relay contact
before exiting.
4 为防止发生非同期并网，应保证机组并网点断路器机械特性
满足规程要求。
4.To prevent asynchronous grid connection, it is necessary to ensure
that the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker at the grid
connection point of the unit meet the requirements of the
regulations.
• 5 在同期回路上工作严格执行项目审批流程、作业指导书和
两票管理办法，严禁跨越步骤或中途改变流程。工作时应进
行提级监督和验收，特别是 W 、 H 点验收规范性在关键环节
上的质检点检查落实到位。按照“谁验收、谁签字、谁负
责”原则确保验收质量，同时在验收记录中填写清楚，防止
漏项缺项。
• 5.Strictly follow the project approval process, work instructions,
and two ticket management methods when working on the same
loop, and strictly prohibit crossing steps or changing the process
midway. During work, promotion supervision and acceptance
should be carried out, especially for the standardization of W and
H point acceptance and the implementation of quality inspection
points in key links. Ensure the quality of acceptance according to
the principle of "whoever accepts, signs, and is responsible", and
fill in the acceptance records clearly to prevent missing items.
