Job Description & Qualification

London Business School has junior and senior positions available in the Finance department,
starting in Autumn 2025. All fields within finance will be considered.

Research and Teaching Requirements
London Business School places strong emphasis on both research and teaching quality. Faculty
are expected to publish articles in leading academic journals. The annual teaching load is
comparable with top US schools, with a reduced load for new junior faculty in their first year.
Career Progression
All junior positions are tenure track. Decisions about contract renewal and promotion are based on
individual performance. London Business School salaries are competitive with those at top US
business schools.

London Business School has an active Finance department with 19 members of faculty: Suleyman
Basak, Maxime Bonelli, Svetlana Bryzgalova, João Cocco, Hanbin Yang, Rebecca DeSimone,
James Dow, Alex Edmans, Julian Franks, Francisco Gomes, Roberto Gomez-Cram, Marco
Grotteria, Christopher Hennessy, Howard Kung, Lakshmi Naaraayanan, Narayan Naik, Anna
Pavlova, Stephen Schaefer, and Henri Servaes.
