Job Description & Qualification
The Finance Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure-track position. The opening is for the assistant professor rank in all areas of finance. Preferred candidates are those with expected PhD graduation in 2025.
Candidates should have excellent prospects for scholarly achievements in the area of finance; high quality work in progress or, in the case of a candidate already holding an Assistant Professor position, demonstrated research achievements; evidence of and a commitment to quality teaching; ability to interact effectively with others and make a meaningful contribution to the department and the School; and a PhD in finance, economics or related field.
