David Hasselhoff's ex-wife, Pamela Bach, was hustling to get a reality TV show she developed off the ground right up until her tragic death ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell TMZ ... Pamela was working to create, produce, and star in a new series, to be called "Over the Hills," which would have followed her and her celebrity pals living in the Hollywood Hills during their golden years.
The concept of the show was to highlight how they all navigated the specific challenges that come with aging, while still finding time to cut loose and enjoy life.

A spokesperson for CNN tells TMZ ... "CNN never altered the video and did not destroy the original copy of the footage, which was retained by the source. CNN aired the story about the video several months before Combs was arrested."
We broke the story ... Diddy's defense team claimed Thursday in new court docs that CNN purchased the video showing Diddy attacking Cassie in the hallway of the InterContinental Hotel in L.A.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Taylor estimates the net value of Pamela's estate at $840,000 ... though that's not a definitive figure, as there may be private trusts outside of the probate case.
"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" will not be returning for a 16th season anytime soon ... production on the show is officially on pause ... TMZ has learned.

Bombshell in the Diddy prosecution ... CNN destroyed the only known copy of the 2016 video in which Diddy is seen beating Cassie in the hallway of an L.A. hotel ... this according to new court documents.
Diddy's defense team and prosecutors filed a joint letter about evidence in the case. According to the defense ... CNN purchased the video showing Diddy attacking Cassie in the hallway of the InterContinental Hotel in L.A. The letter claims "CNN purchased the only known copy of the Hotel's surveillance footage, uploaded that footage into a free editing software, altered the video and then destroyed the original footage, even though it knew about and repeatedly reported about the federal investigation."
The defense claims CNN altered and edited the footage by "covering the time stamp and then changing the video sequence. It also includes speeding up the video to make it falsely appear that the actions in the video are taking place faster than they are. As a result, the CNN videos do not fairly and accurately depict the events in question."

After spending time with Wendy at the Coterie, Alex took her famous aunt to an Italian restaurant for dinner. According to sources connected to Wendy and her guardian, the Coterie called NYPD and filed a police report claiming Alex evaded staff by taking Wendy out of the building.
