I dislike the AI hype as much as the next person, and I literally always get downvoted for this, but it's weird to me anyone would let a few popular fictional tales affect their thought process about anything. It's literal fiction.

I've messed with some of those chat bot apps before, and lemme tell you, you can get them to generate straight up explicit erotic text with little to no effort. It's amazing to me they're allowed on the app store at all.

I know it's reasonable to default to "of course they are" on this question but I still have to ask: Is there any evidence that Microsoft is sending this information back to their servers for processing of some kind, or use in training some kind of ML model?
