Bot's tasks for which permission is being sought: Per User talk:Krd#Bot/request is was requested to gather files from specific FlickR users into the appropriate photographs_by category. Affected FlickR users to be determined by manual request.

In detail, e.g.:
Parse through the file pages looking for "author = [https://www.flickr.com/people/95704119@N08 Franz Johann Morgenbesser" and add images to Category:Photographs by Franz Johann Morgenbesser if not already present.
